@A1kas Thanks for this PR! Though I'm not sure if language translations need to exist in the project repo itself. Once we add Chinese, people might ask more languages which would bload the repo. I'll close this for now, but please feel free to have the translations in your repo or blog or wherever referencing the sqlmesh project |

Description
Added a Chinese translation for the README (README_zh-cn.md) and linked it in the main README to help Chinese-speaking users understand and use SQLMesh.
Test Plan
Manually verified that the link in README.md correctly points to the new translation file and that the Markdown renders correctly.
