test script combined and split

replacement of #137

Minor changes to scripts will allow them to be run and tested in both split and combined mode.

Script is put into a run_script method

run_Scripts will have options to change the script behaviour all with default values

• not including model parameters like tau, delay ect

main runs this with the default values

test run these with the default values
except for split

Adds binaries_used comments to show main binaries used

• not including support binaries like:
  reverse_iptag_multicast_source.aplx
  extra_monitor_support.aplx
  data_speed_up_packet_gatherer.aplx
