over-pr 和 create-pr 的 Skill 提示词中不再硬编码 dev/6.2.0， 改为通过 gh repo view 动态获取主仓库默认分支名，避免版本更新 后需要手动修改。同时更新 CLAUDE.md 中的版本信息为 6.2.3。
