* fix(gematik): correct $id typo in hcpis schema (hcp1s -> hcpis) The schema file and hosting URL are gematik-test-hcpis.json, but its $id read gematik-test-hcp1s.json (digit 1). The four sibling gematik schemas all have an $id matching their filename. * fix(gematik): point insurance catalog entry at the insurances schema The 'gematik health care insurance list' catalog entry pointed its url at gematik-test-hcpis.json (copied from the institution entry above it), but every other field is insurance-specific and gematik-test-insurances.json exists yet was referenced nowhere. Point it at the correct schema.
