Now that nightly has a wasip3 target, let's use it.

Looks like the change hasnt percolated to any releases rustup can fetch yet? |

and unfortunately it won't very quickly do so, either: the wasip3 target is at tier3 right now, which means it won't have binaries until it's moved up a tier. |
