Updates the AgentTools Preferences dialog UI to improve layout/styling and provide clearer feedback during configuration actions, especially for detected-but-unconfigured MCP clients.

- Adjusted Preferences dialog layout/styling (progress indicator alignment, detected section colors, detected label text).
- Added “in-progress” button states (spinner + disabling) for “Configure All” and per-client configure/disable buttons.
