Hi @daeun-ops, thanks for your interest in Abseil!

It looks like this Pull Request contains personal study notes and playground code for learning the library. While we are happy to see people learning Abseil, this repository is strictly for the development and maintenance of the Abseil library itself. We cannot merge personal learning journals or test files into the main codebase.

You are welcome to keep these files in your own fork or a separate repository to continue your studies! I am going to close this PR for now.
