Removes the deprecated dingus package which has been replaced by the Template Playground (accordproject/template-playground). - Delete packages/dingus/ directory - Delete .github/workflows/build-and-deploy-dingus.yml - Remove dingus script from root package.json Closes accordproject#537 Signed-off-by: Shubh-Raj <shubhraj625@gmail.com>
