Adds the ramen-ai cMCP adapter integration.

Requesting Verified tier.

Reproduction steps

pip install agentrust-trace agentrust-trace-tests cmcp-runtime
pip install -e "integrations/ramen-ai-cmcp[test]"
pytest integrations/ramen-ai-cmcp/tests -q
python integrations/ramen-ai-cmcp/examples/emit_record.py --out trust-record.jwt
trace-tests verify --record trust-record.jwt --level 0

All 14 tests pass. trace-tests reports PASS (8 checks, 1 UNVERIFIED —
documented level-0 limitation, same as SpendGuard).

Reviewed against the tier bar. integration.yaml correctly declares tier: community and trace_conformance_level: 0, and the conformance workflow passes, so this meets the Community bar (structure plus Level 0). Approving at Community.

The description requests Verified. Verified is not granted here: it requires the attested behavior to hold end to end under the grader, and the submission itself flags TR-SIG-005 UNVERIFIED (trace-tests does not grade the signature on the plain record). When the signed record grades clean under agentrust-trace-tests at the level claimed, resubmit for Verified with reproduction steps. Community tier is explicitly not an endorsement.

Leaving the merge to a maintainer.
