- Move app settings to TOML and wire Docker/startup defaults.
- Replace execute tool with query plus learned recipe tools.
- Add recipe contracts, validation, Redis store, polling, debug payloads.
- Fix recipe param validation and REST list query params.
- Refresh README, agent docs, and behavior tests.
