What does this PR do?

Adds project tests to the app
Also refactors the e2e tests a bit so future tests are easier to make

action.ts with funcitons like openSidebar() openSettings() for copy paste and boilerplate
selectors.ts refactored from utilts.ts since it will become larger with more tests coming

How did you verify your code works?
