What does this PR do?
Adds project tests to the app
Also refactors the e2e tests a bit so future tests are easier to make
action.tswith funcitons like openSidebar() openSettings() for copy paste and boilerplateselectors.tsrefactored from utilts.ts since it will become larger with more tests comingHow did you verify your code works?
