Dependabots gradle-wrapper bump regenerated gradlew from the stock template, dropping the custom block that downloads gradle-wrapper.jar at runtime (the jar is gitignored under ASF binary-artifact policy). Without it CI fails with "Unable to access jarfile gradle-wrapper.jar". Restored the auto-fetch for gradle 9.5.1 with the matching jar checksum.
