Updates parent POM and dependencies, and fixes ITs to not use ancient plugins and Java versions.

@slawekjaranowski Can you have a look please. Locally I still get two failing IT and I don't understand why:

  • "mini-jar-jdk11+\pom.xml" fails with "Unsupported Java version 69" (but invoker plugin version ist set)
  • MSHADE-373 : "Created by Sources xx" entry in MANIFEST file of sources, but should not be there

Parts of it yes, other parts not.

* for one IT must update jdependency to pass
* for other, as author upped major version of archiver, the
  manifest entry is not added anymore by this new major, hence
  drop assertion for it
* drop Java 25 CI exclusion (is fixed w/ updates)
* update dependencies
