Updated the French locale for archinstall. - Added 90 new translated strings - Removed 326 obsolete unused strings - Synchronized base.po with the current archinstall strings

Update the French translation file (
archinstall/locales/fr/LC_MESSAGES/base.po).Changes:
The large diff is mainly due to the removal of unused translation entries and the addition of new strings introduced by recent changes.
