Description

splits the navigation in our config into files by language to make it easier to edit and manage.

Testing

build site and see that all the nav is the same.

Love this change, however we've got a work item in our backlog to take care of this. This change needs to be coordinated with our content pipeline to make sure nothing breaks.

@mikemimik was just typing a message to send this to your team and ask about the content generation for the events catalog / APIs / etc. i'd really like to get this in to make some immediate IA work more manageable. :)
