Summary

  • Standardize .pre-commit-config.yaml, .editorconfig, build/stylecop.json, build/Source.ruleset, build/Test.ruleset to match Autofac core
  • Update default.proj Package target to pack individual projects
  • Apply dotnet format code formatting

Test plan

  • CI build passes
  • All tests pass
  • pre-commit run --all-files passes
