fix missing pagination header installion

Description of changes:

we dont install the pagination headers merged in the related pagination pull request. this adds the installation.

tested by checking installation

~/aws-sdk-cpp ❯❯❯ ls /.../install/include/aws/core/utils/pagination
Paginator.h
