Summary of Changes

Hello @shayanhoshyari, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on maintaining accurate project documentation by updating the main README.md file. It removes an outdated reference to py_proto_library, ensuring that the repository's overview correctly reflects the current architecture and where users should source this specific library.

Highlights

  • Documentation Cleanup: The README.md file has been updated to remove the explicit mention of py_proto_library from the list of core Python rules. This change aligns the documentation with previous updates where py_proto_library examples were removed, as it is intended to be imported from protobuf directly.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Code Review

This pull request correctly removes the mention of py_proto_library from the main README.md file, aligning with its deprecation from rules_python. However, the change is incomplete as another file, docs/index.md, still references py_proto_library in a similar context. To ensure consistency across the project's documentation, please consider also removing the reference from docs/index.md.
