Looks good; one minor tweak to the support policy to remove an explicit mention of Python 3.8.

This was necessary because other repos with
rumdlenabled were requiring the Code of Conduct file be ignored, because it wasn't rumdl-compliant. This will resolve that issue.Brings other Markdown files in compliance as well.
rumdl ignores Markdown files in the
.githubdirectory, because the PR template file is not compliant, and shouldn't be changed.Note: requirements should be moved into
pyproject.tomlas well. Filed #295 to that effect.PR Checklist:
