Removes captcha-image (last commit 2020-06-20, 11 stars, vague functionality, superseded by hCaptcha / Cloudflare Turnstile React wrappers) per the 'remove 1 un-awesome' rule. Adds shadcn-motion-blocks — animated marketing blocks for shadcn/ui + Tailwind 4 — https://componentblocks.com
