Hi sorry for the late reply, i tried the exercise but i am having some
problems figuring out the call center class, so i wanted to come yesterday
at the live and discuss it with the group, but I had unforeseen situation I
had to resolve. But i will be 100% present in the next section.

I tried my best with 7.1 but I am having some problems with this exercise I would love to discuss it tomorrow if possible. Thanks.
