fix: tolerate malformed DefiLlama protocol entries

• Ignore malformed protocol records without a name when searching DefiLlama protocols.
• Preserve matching valid records instead of failing the entire search.

Testing

• git diff --check
• The focused Jest test could not be run because pnpm install --frozen-lockfile timed out without creating dependencies in the local environment.
