Implement GitLab API calls to fetch user projects, merge requests, and commits.
Add JIRA API integration to retrieve project and issue details.
Introduce functionality to generate work reports based on GitLab and JIRA data.
Improve date handling and filtering for commits and issues.
Update documentation and comments for clarity.
