feat: add icp-dev meta-skill as single entry point for all ICP development#53
Conversation
…pment Lightweight index skill (~250 lines) that categorizes all 13 existing skills by priority and domain, provides task-routing tables, and contains shared cross-cutting pitfalls. Agents load this first and then pull in specialized skills on demand. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Consolidate the icp-dev meta-skill from 249 to 138 lines: - Merge duplicate skill listing sections into a single Skill Directory table - Move starter code to references/starter-code.md - Copy all 13 referenced skills into references/ as pruned local copies (6,686 -> 1,859 lines), keeping pitfalls, canister IDs, and key patterns - Repoint all links from external ../skill/SKILL.md to local references/ - Standardize headings across all reference files The skill is now fully self-contained for standalone installation.
