This PR updates a GitHub Actions workflow to reflect a new workflow/job naming and to use the newer ops-build-reporter action implementation.
Changes:
- Renamed the workflow from “Preview link generator” to “OPS build reporter”.
- Renamed the job key and updated the job display name to match the workflow’s current responsibilities.
- Switched the referenced action from
