/devnet-releaseskill: the runbook for cuttingtests-<feature>@vX.Y.Zdevnet fixture releases. Covers the required release tracker input, X/Y/Z version semantics with the glamsterdam precedent ladder, therelease_fixtures.yamldispatch, hive-tests/hive-ui wiring PRs, and release notes + Discord message templates with three live examples each. Registers the skill in CLAUDE.md.Related Issues or PRs
