Example: tooltips with reusable snippets

Summary

Adds an example page demonstrating how to use reusable <Markdown src="..." /> snippets inside <Tooltip> components to maintain a single-source glossary. Created in response to support ticket #17232 where a customer wanted to share glossary definitions across docs via tooltips.

Changes:

• New page tooltip-snippets.mdx with usage instructions and a live example
• Three glossary snippet files (perennial.mdx, propagation.mdx, hardiness-zone.mdx) with plant-themed definitions
• Navigation entry added to docs.yml

The technique uses the string attribute syntax: <Tooltip tip="<Markdown src='/snippets/glossary/term.mdx' />">. The Fern CLI resolves <Markdown> tags via regex at build time, replacing them with file contents before MDX compilation. This means the snippet text gets inlined into the tip string attribute.

Local testing

Tested locally with fern docs dev — all three tooltips render correctly with snippet content:

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify tooltips render snippet content in the preview deployment. Local testing confirmed all three tooltips work, but verify in the preview deployment as well. Hover over "perennial", "propagation", and "hardiness zone" to confirm each shows its glossary definition.
• Confirm the code example in the fenced block renders correctly and matches the live example above it.

Recommended test plan: Open the preview, hover over each underlined term, and confirm the tooltip shows the correct definition text without extra whitespace or raw tags.

Notes

• Snippet content is limited to plain text only for this approach — markdown formatting (bold, links, etc.) inside the tip string attribute will not render. The page includes a note about this limitation.
