- several .gitignore additions to promote better/safer dev experience
- updated .vscode for a few additional properties to support vscode maven integration ootb
- small tweaks to frontend .env - think its correct, but please review
- removed package-lock.json since using pnpm now
- lots of changes to package.json
- update mui components to use sx object for styles
- change vite proxy to only proxy /flyable-api requests - it seems to just 304 every request over and over if everything is proxied to the backend
