Changes:
gemfiles/entries for rails 7.2 and 8.0 (side note here ... looks like these gemfiles/ are just added/maintained manually?)I've excluded the ruby-3.4/rails-7.0 combination, which has issues. Rails 7.0 is EOL in a few months, so probably fine to just tolerate this exclusion, and/or watch to see if a 7.0.x release resolves issues.
