The entry for SQLAlchemy dialect for BigQuery is out of alphabetical order in the "stable" libraries table. It should be placed after Scheduler and other entries starting with S (such as Spanner or Speech) to maintain the alphabetical organization of the list.

The image definition for PyPI-sqlalchemy-bigquery is out of alphabetical order. It should be moved further down to follow the PyPI-google-cloud-* entries, maintaining the alphabetical sequence of the PyPI package identifiers.
