Fastly

Fastly is tested as a "vanilla" service, with the following configuration changes:

• a shield (to exercise issues that might arise from shielding).
• Fallback TTL set to 0 (so that responses without a validator or explicit freshness aren't cached by default).
• Backend timeouts and connection limit increased.
