fix: adjust features for graceful shutdown utility

The server::conn::auto::Connection and server::conn::auto::UpgradeableConnection types are available when the server feature and at least one of the http1 or http2 features are enabled. However the GracefulConnection trait impls currently require the server-auto feature, which enables both http1 and http2.
