core: retire legacy serializer from the active package - #123

The legacy `NTBinder` implementation is no longer used and performs worse than the current serializer. Remove it from the installed package and benchmark matrix while preserving the source under `misc/legacy` for historical reference and future schema-fingerprint and positional-encoding ideas.
