DON Talent
"In Spanish, "DON" can be a respectful title similar to "Mr." or "Sir," or it can mean "gift" or "knack". As a title, it is used before a first name or full name to show respect. In its other meaning, "don" refers to a special TALENT, such as the "gift of gab" or the "gift of music"."

Add things you want to do and things you don't want to do. Add a weighting to them. Mark each of these things —positive and negative— when you do them. Check your daily, weekly, and monthly stats. Find out how you're doing at sticking to your resolutions and if you're moving in the right direction. -
Second for O:
Add rewards and penalties of your own choosing to your resolutions. Monitor their use and fulfillment. -
Third for N:
Have doubts about something? Write down all the pros and cons. Add a weighting to them. See which decision will be statistically the better one. -
