feat(protoface): add avatar plugin

Description

Adds the official Protoface avatar plugin for LiveKit Agents JS.

Supersedes the auto-generated Protoface plugin PR: #1876

Changes Made

• Added @livekit/agents-plugin-protoface
• Added a Protoface avatar example
• Added package wiring, changeset, changelog, and API report
• Added API request and avatar audio routing tests

Testing

• Ran plugin tests, build, lint, API check, examples build, and format check
• Smoke-tested avatar lipsync, interruption, and session cleanup
