Summary
Adds the Vakyam AI TTS plugin for Indian-language speech synthesis.
The streaming implementation pools exclusive WebSocket sessions, uses Vakyam cancellation and drain on barge-in, and replaces unhealthy connections safely.
Installation
pip install livekit-plugins-vakyam
Validation
A full unit run was also attempted; remaining failures are unrelated Docker-dependent room setup and an existing OpenAI realtime event-loop teardown issue.
