临时验证:在 macos-15 上用 mcpp 编译 FFmpeg 8.1.2 全 arm64 源集(2091 .c + 60 aarch64 GAS .S,0 NASM,来自已抓取的 macos configure 快照)+ 链接 avutil_version()。workspace(macos) 绿 = macOS ffmpeg 全量构建通过(全平台 compat.ffmpeg 的验收测试)。验证后删除。
