Pull request overview
This PR backfills the CHANGELOG.md file with release notes for the past several releases of the Microsoft.Agents.AI.DurableTask extension, replacing the placeholder "Unreleased" entry with four documented releases.
- Updates CHANGELOG.md to include four preview releases (v1.0.0-preview.251112.1 through v1.0.0-preview.251204.1)
- Each release entry includes a description and corresponding PR link
- Entries are organized in reverse chronological order
