Translate relative link resolution documentation

Summary

Translates the relative link resolution documentation added in #5384 into Spanish, French, and Chinese.

Updates es/guides/linking.mdx, fr/guides/linking.mdx, and zh/guides/linking.mdx to include:

• New section explaining how Mintlify resolves ./ and ../ paths based on source file location
• Example code blocks for sibling and parent relative paths
• Explanation of index.mdx path resolution
• New Tip callout recommending root-relative paths
• Updated FAQ accordion reflecting that root-relative paths are the most common (rather than "correct") choice, with a note about when relative paths may break

Overview
Adds translated guidance in Spanish, French, and Chinese guides/linking.mdx describing how Mintlify resolves ./ and ../ relative paths (including index.mdx behavior) and that fragments/query strings are preserved.

Updates the internal-link FAQ wording to frame root-relative paths as the most common choice and adds a caution that source-location-based relative links can break more often, plus a new Tip recommending root-relative internal links.
