SuperRes_v4: MatLab app and GUIs for handling SMLM data

Adapted to data from PALM, STORM, sptPALM, UPAINT.

Features : detection, tracking, diffusion analysis, visualization, corrections (stage drift, color shift, multiple detections), colocalization, clustering analysis (Diinamic). Detection is done with a modified code from MTT software.

I M P O R T A N T


To run the app : set the path to the folder SuperRes_v4. Run SuperRes_v4_App.mlapp to start (double-click on this file).

Please note that the program works having the data on the current directory.
