- Added jwt_refresh feature with compiler-pass wiring, request/refresh token resolution, and request subscriber auto-refresh flow.
- Added custom refresh header extractor support in Gesdinet chain extractor.
- Added logout handling to keep logout idempotent when refresh token is missing.
- Added new JWT refresh value objects/types and supporting services.
- Extended bundle configuration and bundle bootstrapping with new compiler passes/features.
- Updated README with new configuration and logout setup guidance.
