Add changes to MultiQC report and output directory:

  • Output files are organized in directories by module and sample id.
  • MultiQC report takes into account sample id (in case the same input directory is being transferred twice to two different output directories). This avoids overwritting/collapsing input files with the same name.
  • Some other minor changes in CSS to adjust column width so that results in tables are visible.
