Lors de l'éxecution d'un tracking plusieurs fichiers sont générés et stockés dans un dossier : _un fichier .hdf5 contenant les infos % cellules _un fichier .csv contenant les marquages (marks) _un fichier .json contenant les paramètres du tracking _un fichier .mp4 du résultat de tracking sur toute la sséquence
