Summary

Updates the Kotlin SDK status in the compatibility table:

  • Logging: ❌ → ⚠️ — logging stack is merged but not yet released
  • Domains: ❌ → ⚠️open-feature/kotlin-sdk#231 is in development
  • Release: v0.7.1 → v0.7.2

The remaining diff is incidental — this PR was branched from a fork whose main was behind upstream, so upstream's existing changes to other SDKs appear in the diff but were not authored here.

Code Review

This pull request updates the sdk-compatibility.json file, bumping versions and updating feature support statuses for several SDKs, including Java, JavaScript, .NET, Go, Python, Kotlin, Swift, Ruby, Dart, and Rust. I have no feedback to provide.

Closing in favor of a cleaner PR rebased directly onto upstream main. The diff here had spurious changes from a stale fork.
