Add cifmw_use_nat64 conditional to reproducer-clean yaml

The nat64 appliance cleanup runs unconditionally in reproducer-clean.yml, causing failures on environments that don't use NAT64 (virtnetworkd-sock unavailable). Add the same cifmw_use_nat64 check used for bootstrap.
