Second Release

This release is very similar to 0.8.5, but it is slightly smaller and, hence, more efficient.

First Release

This is the first release of the runtime environment. It contains all components needed for running the optimization benchmarking evaluator of version 0.8.5. This release may be valid for several versions to come. It is used by the evaluator.build and evaluator-gui images.
