This is a small improvement to xtask-setup's AWS configuration to allow EC2 Instance Connect to be used on instances with a public IPv4 address, by allowing it in the security group.
As with everything else in xtask-setup this is idempotent. It can be applied to existing local setups by removing
.local/factory-aws/completeand re-runningcargo xtask local setup.
