B. Systen VSystem V, F_SETLLWF_SETLKW, assert_optionassert_options, pgsql-Parameterumbenennungen).
  • Eine DateTime-Beispielumbenennung (DateMalformedStringExceptionDateMalformedIntervalStringException).
  • Wenige neue Prosa-Stellen übersetzt (apache/book, filter/filter-input, classobj/class-alias, datetimeinterface/format, language/predefined/attributes).

Die bestehenden Maintainer:-Einträge wurden beibehalten.

Bumps EN-Revision on 38 doc-de files that were behind upstream doc-en
by small diffs (typically +1 -1 to +7 -5 lines). Each file is bumped to
the upstream commit that last touched it. Changes are dominated by:

- Hash bumps where the German prose was independent of the EN typo.
- Mirrored para → simpara tag swaps.
- Small fixes mirroring real EN changes (typos like "Systen V" → "System V",
  "F_SETLLW" → "F_SETLKW", "assert_option" → "assert_options",
  pgsql parameter renames, etc.).
- One DateTime example rename (DateMalformedStringException →
  DateMalformedIntervalStringException).
- A handful of new-prose translations (apache/book, filter/filter-input,
  classobj/class-alias, datetimeinterface/format, language/predefined/attributes).

Existing Maintainer values preserved on all files.

Drop the duplicate 7.2.0 changelog row whose <row> was left without a
closing tag, breaking the XML build. Keep the 8.0.0 ValueError row and
the original (pre-existing) 7.2.0 row.

Sorry, it was my bad. My suggestion didn't appear the way I intended.
