This is mostly just to test the waters, to see if a change like this would be accepted. This PR is just the bare minimal changes to get the extension working in Firefox. Once built, you can go to "about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox" and click "Load temporary add-on", select the manifest.json file in the dist/firefox folder.
After looking at #48, I'd figured I'd give it a go.
Let me know if there is anything else you'd need from me for this. I also don't know what would be involved in actually getting this accepted in the firefox extension store, any docs updates that might required (e.g https://pixijs.io/devtools/docs/guide/installation/) etc.
