Port the Pull Replication client API from the C# client (v7.2): hub, sink, external-replication and hub-access (register/unregister/get) operations, read-side task info, supporting models/enums and ReplicationHubNotFoundException. Replaces the empty stubs in replication/definitions.py, adds top-level exports and TestBase tests verified against a licensed 7.2 server.
